After rolling out of Android Kitkat update for Samsung galaxy Note 3, Consumer were not satisfied with S-view case (third party accessories). We all know, display switches to small screen mode in closed case and changes to current screen mode on open case. But S-view case is not working properly after updating to Android Kitkat operating system.
Most of Note users facing this problem, finding solution on internet. Company recently pushed out a reply for this issue-we had finding an incompatible in Samsung Galaxy Note 3 after updating Android Kitkat OS. And rolling out a software update to fix smart cover cases soon.

Samsung brand reviewed Samsung Galaxy Note and decided to release a immediate fix. This problem doesn't exist in Korean manufacturer Smartphone, company decided to roll-out a fix through update over the air soon.
