How- to create Facebook ads with like button or without, which appear on side?

We had seen, most of the company marketing or selling their product through online service. Facebook one of the best social media, where most of the people visits at one end. Not Facebook survive advertise, Google itself provide advertising service in many website through Google adsense. We may thinking, why company choose Facebook has their advertising media.

Facebook has billion of unique visit per day and it is not only provide chatting or sharing service. It provide day to day news feed, online games for fun, enable small stuff (send, share, connect with others, group chatting) service.

We had seen advertisement on side with like button below in some and other don't. Does anyone know, how this actual works and why some ads don't have like button below as you can see in this image.

Like Button appears: This is because ads which has a fan page for a particular product in Facebook. You can see a small description with price and like button. Those ads are trying to sale their product through online marketing. when visitor like those ads, get news feed of upcoming product of that fan page. This is created only, how many people like this product and willing to purchase. So that company can make-out a consumer strength of their company.  

Like button not appearing ads: advertisement without like button is just to increase visitor, when people start to click on those ads. It will redirect to website home page, So that website get direct visitor through ads. Some time visitor stay connect with website through subscribe to feed because of good article etc. 

If you are trying to advertise in Facebook social media, I recommend to create a fan page and add like button in ads for selling product though online.
