Re-activate Smart Money Dormant Account

DORMANT ACCOUNT is considered as an inactive account with no transaction for particular time. In smart money account, their dormancy period is 120 days (equivalent of 4 months) of no inbound or outbound transaction account history. I got my Smart Money Card last December 2013 and will expire next year, December 2015. My smart money account gets dormant because I lost my sim card that was assigned/linked to my Smart Money Card.

As it was stated in Terms and Conditions for Smart Money
