As we know Samsung galaxy Note, S3, S2 and many other Android device doent recieve automatic setting. Just take an example, if you are using TaTa Docomo service provider. just go to Setting-more setting-access point names-there create new APN.
1) name new APN with TaTadocomo
2) APN Address: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC
3)save APN
4)switch-on Mobile data and data roaming
5)use internet
again it doesnot work contact service provider technical service
