What to do before Updating New Firmware:
Backup you contact, messages and internal storage to personal computer or SD cards. To avoid losing data, Try to use Samsung Kies for backup internal storage.
How to Update New firmware Update:
- Once completing Backup process in Kies, you can do update in two method either manually or automatically.
- Manually update can be made by connecting your device to Wi-Fi.
- Other than that, try automatic method-in this you need to go home>setting>general>About device>Software update>check for update>ok
- After that, device starts download new released firmware. When completed, click to continue and automatically phone reboot.
- Wait until you display Update complete message on screen, then click done.
