Ad-hoc Bonus Orders for 2013-14 for Government Employees issued, download now

This year the Government released the Bonus orders before the DA orders. The DA of 7 % has been approved last Thursday but the department of Expenditure is still to issue orders. Anyways, today the authorities issued the orders for Non Productivity Linked Bouns (Ad-Hoc Bonus) for Government employees for the year 2013-14. The Bonus is payable to all the Government employees who do not qualify for the Productivity Linked Bonus (mostly all Government employees). The Ad-hoc Bonus will be payable to those who have completed a year of service as on 31.3.2013.  Those who do not complete the 12 months will be paid proportionately for the period they have worked.  

Though widely expected, the Finance Ministry did not raise the Rs.3500.00 limit and as such all the government employees who have completed 12 months service as on 31.3.2014 will receive Rs.3454.00.
